April 23, 2026 Thursday

It was a windy travel day with some light rain here and there. Right on schedule, tonight we stay at the Parkfield Inn in Clinton Missouri.

April 24, 2026 Friday

No rain today but mostly cloudy 60’s & 70’s. Driving down to Branson, everything was so green and springtime in Missouri brings out the Armadillos. Unfortunately they don’t always make it across the road. We saw at least 20 this morning that never made it. In Branson we went downtown for shopping and lunch. We drove down the strip seeing all the big attractions on our way to the hotel. The afternoon Musicfest Show was more than you can expect. Performing on stage, 9 different acts. Absolutely Country, Definitely Gospel, SIX, The Duttons, The Gambler, Melody Hart and the All Star Band, Hot Rods & High Heels, Matt Gumm, Motown Downton and Clay Cooper Country Express. They each perform about 15 or 20 minutes. An excellent show to attend. Tonight after dinner we went and watched the Presleys Country Jubilee.

April 25, 2026 Saturday

Today our morning show was the Shanghai Acrobats. Amazing Chinese athletes displaying great abilities of strength and balance. After lunch at the Musi Fest Show, today we saw performances by: Nashville Roadhouse Live, Doug Gabriel, The Baldknobbers, Billy Yates, #1Hits of the 60’s, Re-Vibe, Classic Rock Icons, Spirit of America, Cassandra-Voice of an Angel, The Haywood’s. After dinner, our final show of the trip was the Grand Jubilee.
